Prairie Meadows Hotel

  • Connected to the event center and casino and racetrack.

  • Rooms range from Queen to Executive King Suite or $126/night to $226/night plus complimentary Wi-Fi.  Hotel check in time is 4:00 p.m.

  • There is no shuttle to and from the airport. Taxis, Uber or Lift are available.

*You do not need to pass through the gaming area to enjoy the hotel and conference center. You must be 21 or older to enter the gaming area.  

Best Western Plus Altoona Inn

  • Register by directly calling the hotel and asking for the North American Prairie Conference group rate or booking online.

  • All rooms are $109 with breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi; Check-in 3:00 p.m.

Grand View University

  • A block of 15 dorm suites (30 rooms) is reserved at Grand View University.

  • The cost for a double occupancy suite (two beds with two people) is $30/person per night.

  • The cost for a single occupancy suite (two beds with one person) is $40/person per night. 

  • A package of linens including sheets, blanket, pillow and toilet paper is available for guests for $25/bundle.
